This notice explains what personal data the Several Agents website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only.
Who we are

When you send us a message
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company (optional) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask, to discuss working together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps you request before a contract.
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our mailbox. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful and delete them within [RETENTION PERIOD] of our last contact, unless they become part of a contract.
Analytics
We use PostHog Cloud EU, hosted in Frankfurt, to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It runs in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Visitors are counted with an anonymous hash that changes daily, and we do not record what you type into the contact form. We use these statistics to improve the website.
Hosting and fonts
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not connect your browser to Google or other font and script providers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
